Last text messages between dad and I:
On August 26th, the night before dad was found unresponsive, around 5:30pm, I had a distinct intuitive feeling to give him a call. We talked for about 45 minutes. He told me that he talked to mom every day.
While dads final words to me were “I love you” before he went into a coma. Once he was in a coma I learned to listen to him, read his eyes and body for communication, and he said several other things.
